CHARACTER RELATIONS
Stuff pertaining to how Cherisse feels about the characters she’s interacted with (in my canon). This probably will impact how I interact with your character and if you want to see someone on here, i’d be happy to put them!
AJAY “LIFELINE” CHE
(This is the longest one on here sorry I have a lot of thoughts about them)
Cherisse and Ajay’s relationship was great when Ajay was younger. After Ajay turned 12, Cherisse started to interact with Duardo a lot more again and got addicted to a variety of his products. She started drinking a lot more as well, resulting in her being aggressive or passed out if she wasn’t absent.After Ajay left, she became sober. She felt regret at how little she was present in her daughter’s life though she would never admit it. She’s aware she’s a bad mother.Cherisse tends to be passive aggressive towards Ajay, obviously manipulative and rude whenever her daughter doesn’t act as she sees fit. She will be nice until Ajay makes a mistake which leads her daughter to walk on eggshells around her.Still though, she loves her daughter more than anything and even though she don’t treat Ajay right; She wants her back in her life. Her and Ajay have been no contact for 7 years now with the exception of season 7 but trust next chance Cherisse gets that medic WILL be dealt with.
DUARDO SILVA
Cherisse’s right-hand man, even more so than her own husband. She met Duardo in her mid twenties a few years after she met Darion, and the two clicked. Cherisse and Duardo were “colleagues” for a while after they started focusing on their companies, and were practically best friends.(I’m not researching the age difference let’s just say Duardo died when he was like?? 40-something.) Cherisse is aware of Duardo’s death, though Darion isn’t. She put together the pieces well that Toress is posing as his son. She refused to mention it, though, a topic neither of them could bring up without getting into an argument. Her and Toress could get along, but they weren’t as close as her and Duardo.When Toress died, she felt like she had lost Duardo all over again, but her grievance was short; and she started running for Head of Syndicate.
OCTAVIO “OCTANE” SILVA
Cherisse’s feelings towards Octane are… Complicated. Earlier in life when Ajay and Octane hung out, she kept a close eye on him as he often broke things. However, she did feel a little protective over him; both because he’s her daughters best friend and also Duardo’s son.Later on both her and Darion pretty much forbid the dude from coming to their house. That didn’t stop Ajay from seeing him but still, she didn’t like Octavio at all and thought of him as a pest that wouldn’t leave her daughter alone. She also had a certain disdain towards him because of his dad always talking bad about him, not improving Cherisse’s impression of the guy at all.Now she’s indifferent. If they start talking for some reason at a gala, she’ll scoff and roll her eyes or maybe insult him but she won’t actively harass him. She just thinks he’s a reckless idiot, and will treat him as such.
MARGARET “MAD MAGGIE” KŌHERE
Her and Maggie have hardly interacted but from what Cherisse can tell, they hate each other.Che of course thinks Maggie is a terrible influence on Ajay, and that she’s needlessly violent. She doesn’t hesitate to insult her, and she sure as hell ain’t scared of her. But she has been a little more on guard lately.
LOBA ANDRADE
Has a certain level of respect for Loba’s elegance, even if she’s a thief Cherisse doesn’t think it’s a big deal (pretty women do no wrong!! -Cherisse Che)Has made a few “business deals” with Andrade; Has her contact and the two could do favors for one another, obviously stopped with skill Code tho.
